A book as a study of 'body'—a collection of pre-existing work, an 'assemblage of things'. I began by writing a poem of unchanged phrases culled from 10 of my academic papers, then created and collected imagery that responds to the OED's five primary definitions of body. The result is a collection of unbound pages—a disembodiment.
